Pale yellow. White fruits aromas like pear. Flowery notes (acacia flower). Gourmet mouth, on almond aromas, with a nice minerality. Well balanced wine.

Nice with the aperitive, can also pair with grilled scallops, sole meunière, or a grilled supreme of chicken.
