Ingredients
• 90 ml of red wine (a Louis Tête, not plonk)
• 20 ml of crème de cassis (I assure you!)
Preparation
To make a Cardinal (minus the sins), grab a wine glass.
There’s nothing simpler: first you pour in the crème de cassis and then the chilled red wine.
And voilà, it’s done! You could make the Cardinal your religion, it’s so good!
