TASTING
Purple ruby. intense, elegant and delicate nose, with red fruit aromas (blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberries). very fruity, delicate, soft and quaffable. Well balanced with soft tannins and raspberry undertones. Long final.

FOOD PAIRINGS
this wine will pair well with white meats, tablier de sapeur or cervelle des canuts (Lyon’s specialities), or even with cooked fishes.
