TASTING
Deep purple. Intense and complex nose, with black current and blueberr notes, as well as hints of violet and a subtle touch of spices. Harmonious and complex in mouth, revealing leather notes and rich & silky tannins. Final on spices and fruits, with a long finish.

FOOD PARINGS
This cuvée will match perfectly with a whole meal, but also on a grilled beef fillet, a plate of cheeses, or chocolate desserts.

Hand picking harvest.

WINEMAKING
Traditional method, with temperature control during the whole fermentation (six days). Stainless steel vats.

TASTING
Intense ruby color. Little red and black fruits nose on raspberry and blackberry dominant. Fruity mouth in the attack with a nice balance. Gourmet wine with soft tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Its aromatic richness allows a perfect wedding with a beef fillet “Rossini way” garnished with grilled mushroom, or strong cheeses like St Marcelin.

Conventional farming.
Hand picking harvest.

WINEMAKING
Traditional vinification with a lengh 9 days vatting. Grappes are 2/3 destemmed. 6 months aging in stainless steel vats.
